Activity API
The Activity API enables you to sync offline and server-side customer activities to Netcore CE in real-time. Use this API to capture event data from POS systems, call centers, offline stores, kiosks, WhatsApp/IVR interactions, and historical data sources.
This API helps unify customer behavior across channels, enabling accurate segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration.
Ensure that Addressable Anonymous is enabled in your panel. This setting enables the system to map anonymous activity to user profiles accurately.

Important Points
When the Activity API receives an event for a user who does not exist in your CE account, the system checks for a matching anonymous profile.
• If a match is found, the anonymous profile is converted into a known user.
• If no match exists, a new user profile is created automatically before the activity is recorded.
When to Use the Activity API
This API is useful for capturing real-time activity data from a variety of channels, such as:
